Most orders from the Netherlands are sent as a mailbox parcel through our national post service with tracking. The courier of choice for worldwide orders depends on the destination. Within the Netherlands, orders are generally delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. Within Europe, orders can take one to two weeks after shipping. Intercontinental order often take up to three or four weeks to arrive.
We have fixed shipping rates for domestic and international shipping, based on the order’s total weight.

You can return books purchased from our website within 30 days, as long as returned books are in new condition. The customer covers return shipping. If a book is damaged or defective, we’ll arrange replacements or refunds, including return shipping if needed.
