We accept returns of books purchased directly from our website within 30 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at order@tecbooks.nl to receive a return authorization.
Returned books must be in new and unused condition, with no signs of damage, marking, or wear.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a book, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us at order@tecbooks.nl.
We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs (if applicable).
